Busy here, long lines and sometimes I felt it was a bit confusing because of the number of terminals, etc. Plenty of transportation options into the city though. Overall decent choice for travel into Chicago but I may try Midway next time depending on airfare prices.

For an airport this size, it's not so bad. The first time I flew into O'Hare, it was imtimidating, but all subsequent flights went in and out smoothly. The airport is set up quite well.
