This review is for a specific: hotel.
Would you recommend this to a friend? This is
a business class hotel but we were there on a family trip to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. The hotel was deserted, we were there on the week following Cristmas and there were apparently many local offices and businesses closed due to the holidays. The hotel was most certainly clean. It was old but remodeled and kept very modern. There is the infamous arcade which is advertised on their website. Most of the shops were also closed due to a lack of hotel patrons but it was deifinetly a cool hotel. The arcade adds a wonderful feeling to this place. If I were staying in Cleveland again, I think I would go out of my way to make a reservation here again.
Was it crowded? The hotel was totally empty. It was immediatley following the holidays and I think alot of the office buildings in the area were also closed.
Was it family friendly? The term arcade makes you think of games for the kids but it waqs actually a bunch of shops and stores.
How was the staff? The staff was knowledgable and polite.Check in and out were simple.
Was it clean and comfortable? It was an old hotel that had been remodeled through the years but it was very nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
How was the weather? It was cold and windy and we walked to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame which was a few blocks away. It was a frigid walk, you need to dress well with the water being so close.
